What our guarantee covers
The money-back guarantee covers a refund, or a rebooked lesson, when your instructor cancels within 24 hours before a confirmed lesson or does not attend it. That is the only case it applies to. You choose between a refund for the affected lesson and a replacement lesson at another time.
What it does not cover
The guarantee does not cover a lesson you cancel yourself; that falls under our booking and cancellation policy instead. It does not cover not passing your driving test, because passing depends on your performance on test day. It does not cover general dissatisfaction with a lesson.
How to claim a refund
To claim a refund or a rebooking, call MMS Driving School on 07576 917 709. Tell us the date and time of the affected lesson, and we will arrange your refund or a replacement lesson over the phone.
The guarantee and the cancellation policy are separate
The money-back guarantee and the cancellation policy are separate: the guarantee covers cancellations made by your instructor, while the cancellation policy covers cancellations made by you.
Deposits and cancellations
Block bookings take a 50% deposit at the time you book. Our cancellation policy asks for 48 hours' notice to move or cancel a lesson you have booked. See our driving lesson prices for the full deposit and block details.
